Cookies
Our website uses cookies to improve your shopping experience and help our site function properly. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that remember your preferences and activity.
We use cookies to:
- Remember items in your cart and keep your checkout process smooth
- Save your login information (if you create an account)
- Analyze site traffic and performance
- Prevent spam and protect our store from fraud
If you leave a comment or create an account, you may choose to save your name, email, and website in cookies for convenience. These cookies may last up to one year.
You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Please note that disabling cookies may affect how our site functions, including the ability to place orders or log in.
Embedded content from other websites
Some pages on our website may include embedded content from other sources — such as videos, images, articles, or social media posts. Embedded content from other websites behaves just as if you had visited those websites directly.
These external sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking tools, and monitor your interaction with their content — especially if you have an account and are logged in to those sites.
We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party platforms whose content appears on our site.
Who we share your data with
We only share your information when it is necessary to provide our services, process your order, or comply with legal requirements. This may include:
Website service providers (such as hosting, analytics, or email services) who help us operate our business.
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
Payment processors (WooCommerce Payments/Stripe and PayPal) to securely handle your payment information.
Shipping providers (such as USPS, UPS, or other carriers) so your order can be delivered.
Fraud prevention and security services to protect our store and our customers.
How long we retain your data
We retain different types of data for different periods of time, depending on the purpose:
Inactive Accounts: If a user account is inactive for more than 2 years, we may delete it along with associated personal data, unless we are required to retain it for legal reasons.
Comments: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This helps us recognize and approve follow‑up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
Registered Users: For users that register on our website (if any), we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Orders: When you make a purchase, we retain your order information (such as name, billing/shipping address, email, and order details) for up to 7 years. This is required for tax, accounting, and legal reporting purposes.
Payment Data: We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Payment information is securely processed by our payment providers (WooCommerce Payments/Stripe and PayPal).
What rights you have over your data
Access & Export: If you have an account on our site, or have left comments or placed an order, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. This includes any data you have provided to us.
Communication Preferences: If you receive marketing emails from us, you may opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the email.
Correction & Updates: You can update or correct your account information at any time by logging into your account.
Deletion: You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes (for example, order records kept for tax and accounting).
