Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of handmade bath and body products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll gladly make it right.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@ubuntusoapworks.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue. We’ll respond within 2 business days to help resolve it.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
